Wow. Wow. Wow. WOW. Short version for quick readers: TAKE YOUR CAR TO STEVEN. He is the friendliest, most communicative, and stand-up professional in the auto-mechanic world. He treats you like an old friend the moment you meet. Steven speaks with you about your vehicle, not at you; he welcomes questions and explains the answers in detail. A general mechanic insisted my car needed a full transmission rebuild. Steven disagreed. Given my model, a rebuild made no sense. After some quick detective work, he found the real issue and saved me *half* the original estimate. He even washed my car before pickup! He treats every customer in the shop with the same respect and courtesy. If trouble ever strikes again, I know exactly where to go. Thank you, Steven!!!

Be incredibly careful bringing your car here: I was quoted over $1,200 for a repair that turned out to be a $10 part and less than a 5 minute fix. I brought my 2006 C6 Corvette in after the shifter stopped engaging. I spoke to Steven, who was very polite and friendly. He said they had diagnosed the issue, which was a snapped shift cable, and he quoted me over $1,200 to fix it. I called my friend who knows cars, and he told me it was very unlikely the shifter cable snapped, and it was most likely a broken plastic bushing which often degrades over time (my car is 20 years old). I was curious, so I also asked AI, and it said the same. My friend advised me to ask the shop for evidence of the shifter cable breaking. I called Steven and asked to see evidence of the break, and he told me he had none, and in order to take a photo of the snapped cable it would require disassembling the entire car. I later found out this is simply not true: the shift cable end is accessible from underneath the car in minutes without any significant disassembly. I also asked him if they had considered whether it could be the plastic bushing, and he said it was "definitely not" this, for some inarticulable

Kind and knowledgeable technicians I was referred to them by another business and don't regret it at all. They resolved the issue I was having in no time at a fair price. On a rare older car that's hard to find certain parts for. They're extremely honest and offered to fix a minor problem I had for free unfortunately it was a little more complicating than that and I had to get a few parts. I'm very happy that my car got fixed and safe to drive again.
